the location was excellent, apartment very clean and well furnished. beds were comfortable, and en suite bedrooms were a bonus. exceeded our expectations, even better than our previous stay in Edinburgh. kids could play safely and everything resonated with us.

The property management team, Louie and Sacha, were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. We also appreciated the abundance of nice cafes nearby, making it convenient for family breakfasts.

My wife says that it would be great if the apartment had a dedicated play area or some toys for children.

I loved how close the apartment was to the National Museum of Scotland, now I can finally say I'm cultured! And the public parking that cost me an arm and a leg was simply the cherry on top.

Well, the seating area was so uncomfortable I had to sit on a pile of rocks to truly appreciate it.

We had a fantastic stay at Thistle Suite! The apartment had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious with comfortable mattresses, and the central heating kept us warm during our visit. Plus, the location was perfect, just minutes away from the Scott Monument and with two supermarkets nearby. We especially appreciated the en-suite and separate toilet in the second bedroom for added privacy. Thistle Suite was a great base for exploring the city and surrounding areas.

Incredible location in the heart of Edinburgh's city centre. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a washing machine. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were set up perfectly upon our arrival. The apartment had a TV with satellite channels, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, even giving us a late check out as compensation for a minor issue with one of the toilets.

Broken toilet - but they did their best to fix it and offered a late check out as compensation.

The location was superb; everything was within walking distance, including the Royal Mile, the Castle, and plenty of restaurants and bars. The airport was only a 20-minute taxi ride away. The kitchen was fully equipped, and I appreciated having all the necessary amenities. I will definitely be booking this apartment again on my next visit.
